Kyle Brockley (100) & Jake Wilson (38) put on 129 for the 9th wicket in 1st Grade vs Parramatta at Old Kings Oval breaking the previous 9th wicket record for 1sts of 103 by Les Ritchie & Brian Stephen in 1969-70 (when Les scored the fastest century in 1sts). Earlier in the season, Kyle (71) & Jake (42no) broke the 10th wicket partnership record for 1sts when they put on 119 vs Bankstown at Glenn McGrath Oval on 3 December 2016. They took the score from 9/88 before lunch to 10/207 at tea, breaking the record set by Daniel Rixon & Chad Gilmour (see 22 January 2011 below). Play was extended for 30 minutes at the scheduled lunch break as we were 9 down and then play was extended by 30 minutes at the scheduled tea break as we were still 9 down!

David Cosgrove took 6-66 in the second innings in 3rd Grade vs Macquarie University at Sutherland Oval. He took 4-22 in the first innings the previous week, giving him match figures of 10-88.

Daniel Rixon and Chad Gilmour broke the 1st Grade 10th wicket partnership record that had stood since 1968-69 (77 by Ted Cotton & Brian Stephen). They put on 81 against Sydney University at Glenn McGrath Oval, with Daniel scoring 63 and Chad being left stranded on 16 not out. Earlier in the season (on 20 November), Chad had broken the 10th wicket partnership record in 2nd Grade with Grant Davies, surpassing the previous record that had stood since 1981-82 (60 by Darren Smith & Ken Williams). Grant scored 83 not out and Chad made 33 (the only time he passed 20 in 142 matches for the club) as they put on 71 against Bankstown at Bankstown Oval.
